Your own invoice details

Invoices to your customers can carry your company name, address and logo.

External customer chats

Your staff invite customers to a chat by email; the reply arrives from the browser without an account.

Staff profiles & directory

Every enabled staff member chats privately under their own profile and finds colleagues in your reseller's internal directory. We currently set this up together with you.

Private conversations

Staff only see chats they take part in. When someone changes role, a successor does not automatically receive their private history.

Better terms

Reduced domain and storage prices per tenant. Terms on request.

Admin panel

Manage domains, mailboxes, aliases and DNS status for all tenants in one central panel.

Servers in Germany

Operated in Frankfurt am Main, processing under the GDPR. Data processing agreement on request.
